Police Citation Payments no longer accepted at City Hall.
Effective immediately (5/24/2018) there are changes that have been made that pertain to how a person can dispose of a citation that they received from an Ashland Police Officer for an alleged violation of a city ordinance. Please take note that citations can NO LONGER BE PAID AT ASHLAND CITY HALL.
If your summons requires you to appear in person in court, you will still be required to appear at the time and date written on your ticket. If you want to dispose of the citation without a court appearance, the following options are available:
Sign your name to the "Appearance Plea and Waiver" line on the back of your ticket AND pay your fine by one of the following options:
A) Appearing in person at the Boone County Courthouse located at 705 East Walnut in Columbia prior to your court date with cash, money order, or cashier's check .
B) Sending a money order or cashier's check payable to:
Boone County Circuit Clerk
705 East Walnut
Columbia, MO 65201
C) Paying online through www.missouripayments.com
*Select Boone County Circuit Clerk
*Click "to make a court/criminal ticket"
*Enter your case number/ticket number
*Pay the full amount listed on the back of the notice that will
accompany your copy of the citation.
